Barbers Triangle uses your name and phone number to arrange and manage your appointment. Email is optional and is used for appointment messages if supplied. Booking notes help your barber prepare for your visit.

Who can see your details?

The shop owner can manage bookings and contact details. Staff can see the client phone number and booking notes for their own appointments. Staff cannot see saved email or saved client notes.

How the service works

Booking records are held in Cloudflare D1. Appointment emails use Resend when email delivery is enabled. An essential secure cookie keeps administrators signed in. The public booking flow does not use advertising cookies. The map on the home page comes from OpenStreetMap; loading it sends your IP address to OpenStreetMap's servers. The reviews on the home page are fetched from Google by this site's server and shown as Google provides them; your browser does not contact Google for them.

Keeping your records

Records are kept for 12 months after your last booking.
